Account Management

Creating and maintaining your GrowthCircle account is necessary to access service features and group sessions.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and update it as necessary.

Protect your login credentials to prevent unauthorized access. GrowthCircle is not liable for unauthorized use caused by negligence.

Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred or assigned to others without explicit consent from GrowthCircle.

Notify GrowthCircle immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in violations of terms or suspicious activities.

Service Description

GrowthCircle provides personal growth memberships that include access to live group sessions, guided practice tracks, and related resources.

We may modify, enhance or discontinue aspects of the services with notice to members where feasible.

Service availability is subject to technical and scheduling constraints, and may vary.

Community Rules

To maintain a supportive environment, members agree to the following rules:

• Engage respectfully with all participants and facilitators.
• Avoid sharing offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Respect confidentiality and privacy within group sessions.
• Do not use sessions for commercial solicitation or unrelated promotion.
• Follow all instructions given by session facilitators.
• Report any disruptive behavior to GrowthCircle promptly.
• Abide by all applicable laws and GrowthCircle community standards.

User Content

Members may share personal insights or materials during sessions and on the platform.

You retain ownership of content you provide but grant GrowthCircle a license to use it within the service.

By contributing content, you authorize GrowthCircle to display, manage, and distribute your submissions in support of the membership experience.

You are responsible for your submitted content and ensuring it does not infringe on others’ rights or violate terms.

GrowthCircle reserves the right to remove or restrict any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of policies.

Intellectual Property

All courses, materials, activity, and technology provided by GrowthCircle are protected intellectual property owned or licensed by GrowthCircle.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• Use of our intellectual property is only licensed as part of your membership and for personal development purposes.
• Violations of IP rights may result in termination of membership and legal action.

Paid Membership Services

GrowthCircle offers subscription-based personal growth memberships including access to group sessions and guided practices.

Prices are clearly stated on our website and are subject to applicable taxes.

Payments must be made timely through approved payment methods; automated billing may apply.

Membership renews automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date by the member through their account settings.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; please contact support for inquiries.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation affects subsequent billing cycles but not fees already paid.

Applicable taxes are added in accordance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.

GrowthCircle may adjust pricing with advance notice provided to active members.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to membership services.

Limitation of Liability

Termination
